Khmer News The Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia now achieves the last qualification to be legitimately acknowledged as the substantial Constitution according to the hypothesis of our Constitutional pioneer. There are still numerous open deliberations and contention on whether the Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia is genuinely popularity based or not. Those intrigued by open undertakings are making the general conclusions get befuddled. Whether the Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia is equitable or not, is the "matters of legislative issues", not "the matters of law." We are doing lawful examination, yet our mindset is concentrating on governmental issues; this has made the new intrigued people get much more befuddled and confounded. I don't set out to say that whether the Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia is popularity based or not, on the grounds that I am not doing political examination, but rather I set out to say that Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia possesses satisfactory criteria to be viewed as a "for the most part acknowledged Constitution."
